"Our initial call to the SkyMed Office was handled very professionally. It was clear from the start what we needed to do in order to fly home and it was obvious that you were there to help us. When Jim Sr. developed heart problems on our trip to Naples, FL, SkyMed made arrangements the same afternoon that our attending phycisian released Jim for flight. Jim Sr. was treated very well during the whole process, as were my Mother and I. (My Mother and I were able to fly home with Dad.)
